Why Donations Are Needed
While the children who benefit from our afterschool and summer programs come from a broad range of home lives and backgrounds, they all have one thing in common: They are students at Title I school districts.
This means all the districts our students attend – Mount Pleasant, Harts Bluff, and Chapel Hill – receive government funding to provide additional academic support to students from low-income families.
The small amount of tuition our parents pay cannot cover payroll and programming. But luckily, it doesn't have to.
Your financial support is what makes it possible for us to provide affordable programs to the children who need it most.
